I live in Alpharetta, Georgia with my amazing wife, Cate, who is a nurse and former naval officer, and two daughters.
I was born in Atlanta in 1987 and have lived in various places around the metropolitan area my entire life. I was raised on the Miami Dolphins by my father, Danny—a Miami native. As far back as I can remember, I’ve been a fan of the Dolphins, the Atlanta Braves, and Auburn Tigers football. I grew up with a passion for sports—playing or watching them—and I knew from an early age I wanted my career to involve them.
I attended Norcross High School and graduated in 2005. I then attended Georgia State University in Atlanta, graduating in 2010. While majoring in broadcast journalism, I also operated my own blog covering the Dolphins in my spare time and did freelance work writing about fantasy sports online.
In 2010, I landed an internship in sports production at Turner Sports. I was able to turn that experience into a one-year administrative position in sports programming before heading back to production full-time as a production assistant. I have been a PA since 2011 and added a “Senior” title in 2016, which encompasses largely the same duties but added a leadership and advisory role to the position. I hope to become an associate director and producer.
My ultimate goal is to be a live TV sports producer while taking care of my family and making them proud.
